The weekly residential fees for a room in a particular type of apartment, applicable for 2013, are below. They are inclusive of all utilities (water, electricity and gas) so there are no unexpected bills during the year.
Accommodation is payable by direct debit either fortnightly, half yearly or annually from a nominated account (a surcharge applies for all credit card payments).
Residential agreements run for 52 weeks from 1 January to 31 December (a limited number of 6 month agreements in one bedroom studios are available). However, all residents have the option of vacating their room at the end of the academic year for the Village to let out during the summer vacation period. If you choose this option, your room will be put into a rental pool and a proportional rebate of the residential fee will be paid to you. The rebate will be dependent on the occupancy of pooled rooms during the summer vacation.
