Residents who do not wish to stay in the Village over the summer holiday period may vacate their room and make the room available for the Village management to let out over the summer for conferences or to visitors to Sydney. The Village provides a unique living environment. Residents will be living with a culturally diverse mix of people from around Australia and internationally. The Village will host a culturally diverse range of residents and we see this as a true strength of the community. Students are welcome to apply for residency from all corners of the world and throughout Australia. It is our intention to encourage undergraduates and post graduates into the Village, but no one group will be given preference over others. It is for this reason that we ask all applicants to complete the relevant forms as early as possible. When we have no rooms available we will close applications.
