THE APARTMENTS

Tuck yourself away in a fully equipped studio apartment, or share space with 1, 3 or 4 others.

Coloured dark walls, smart furniture design, stainless steel/granite finishes in kitchens and tiled bathrooms ensure that all bedrooms and utility areas within the Village provide a refreshing, stimulating and comfortable environment for both living and studying.

Living Areas

All apartments have been carefully designed to provide comfortable living areas with appropriate separation of bedrooms from kitchens, bathrooms and shared sitting rooms. Some apartments incorporate balconies.

Bedrooms

Individual bedrooms are lockable and flat-mates do not have access to other bedrooms in an apartment.

Kitchens

Full kitchens are provided in all but the studio apartments which contain a microwave and a fridge. All other apartments feature durable stainless steel and granite surfaces, a sink, a microwave convection oven, refrigerator and cupboards. One and two bedroom apartments have a two-plate electric stove cook top, and four and five bedroom apartments have a four-plate electrical stove cook top. (Residents provide their own cooking implements, crockery and cutlery). The

The Village does have a communal kitchen located in the Well Lounge which can be used by all residents. It is fully stocked with gas cook tops, an oven, convection microwaves, rice makers, toasters and sandwich makers.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms in all apartments are tiled and have smart shower, basin, toilet and mirror fixtures.
