THE FEES

When committing to a Residential Agreement at Sydney University Village you are agreeing to pay a number of relevant fees associated with the choice of accommodation that you have been offered.

Before we continue however, we will elaborate on a number of free services at Sydney University Village.

* All accommodation comes with a furniture package.

* Once connected, your access to the University Intranet incurs no additional charge from the Village. A student internet account will need to be established with the University.

* Telephone calls made to Village extensions and to University extensions do not incur a call charge. External calls are charged at normal rates. Calls can be made from any telephone within the Village by using your personal PIN.

* Access to the Village Resource Centre is free of charge and available 24 hours using your Ucard. There will be charges for printing, copying and for stationary purchases. Use of internet/downloads in the Resource Centre will require accessing your own personal UniKey account, charges and payments for which are managed at the University directly.

* From the comfort of your room or apartment you are able to view your own Village account. You can also make payments to sections of your account utilising the Village secure online payment system.

* Throughout the year, the Village will arrange a number of events, which will include an induction program for residents. This program is designed to help you settle in to the Village and for many to assist in settling into Sydney. Some events throughout the year may incur a small charge but many will be complimentary.
