Welcome to the Village

Sydney University Village consists of ten separate buildings with a range of accommodation options, from five bedroom apartments to one-bedroom studios.

The buildings range in style from street facing terrace houses to low rise buildings, with the majority of apartments in buildings no higher than three levels.

Unlike most other accommodation available at the University of Sydney, all buildings and facilities at the Village are new, with the Village having opened in January 2003.

Modern, high quality furniture and fittings have been chosen to create a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. Coloured feature walls, smart furniture design, stainless steel/granite finishes in kitchens and tiled bathrooms ensure that all bedrooms and utility areas within the Village provide a refreshing, stimulating and comfortable environment for both living and studying.
