The Stage Conference Centre at Sydney University Village offers year-round facilities for events, meetings, conferences, corporate launches and much more. Offering a variety of meeting rooms and catering options, we can accommodate groups ranging from two to 180 delegates.
The Day Delegate Package starts at $63pp (minimum 30 pax) and includes:
- Arrival tea and coffee
- Morning and afternoon tea
- Lunch
- Conference room hire (Carillon Room)
- AV equipment including a data projector, screen, microphone and lectern
Location
Sydney University Village is conveniently located in the heart of Newtown at 90 Carillon Avenue. The Village provides accommodation for up to 650 guests, 6 conference rooms, a lounge, tree-lined courtyard, and an on-site café, Hoochie Mamma's.
Sydney University Village is approximately a 5-minute drive from Central Station and 20 minutes from the Sydney Domestic and International Airport. The Village directly faces Carillon Avenue and is also accessible from Campbell Street and Missenden Road.
Parking
Parking is available across the road from the Stage Conference Centre at Secure Parking on Elizabeth Street. Parking is usually $42 per day, however we can offer a special rate of $22 per day if a minimum of seven days notice is given.
Other parking options include on-campus parking at the University of Sydney, the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Medical Centre carpark, as well as surrounding on-street parking.
